Three different problems, one page
"Filler word" gets used loosely, but this tool actually checks for three distinct patterns, and treats them differently on purpose.
Throat-clearing openers — safe to delete
"It is important to note that the cache expires after an hour." The first eight words do nothing. Delete them and the sentence loses no information: "The cache expires after an hour." These are marked needs attention and included in the cleaned-text panel, because a pure deletion is always correct here.
Wordy phrases — need a swap, not a cut
"In order to configure the agent…" isn't dead weight, it's just longer than it needs to be — "To configure the agent…" says the same thing in fewer words. These get a suggested replacement rather than a deletion.
Expletive constructions — often fine as written
"There are four required fields" is a perfectly good sentence. "There is a lot of confusion about this setting" might be better as "This setting confuses people" — or might not be. This tool flags these constructions to prompt a check, never to assert they're wrong, and it stays out of the cleaned-text panel entirely rather than guess at a rewrite.
